The first time I bought needles from tinkerbell creations I didn’t have a problem. They arrived promptly. However, the last time I bought needles, I paid for next day shipping as I had run out and desperately needed them. I didn’t get them for 5 days, putting my own order back and upsetting my customer! I didn’t receive an apology or even a refund for the next day delivery fee. I will not be buying from here again. Very disappointed
